    nudibranch

It all depends on the type of nudi you get. There are many different species. Some feed on corals, some eat aptasia, some eat algae, and there is even a variety that sucks zooxanthella out of corals and it hasn't been proved that that is necessaraly harmful to the coral. some are perfectly...

    R/O Units

You have to hook it up to your water pipes and then the water goes out of it into your storage tank. I have mine mounted on the wall in the basement and it then goes directly into a float valve in my sump and I don't have to worry about top offs.

Walk me threw building a sump.

you can go to your lfs pick out what you like, and then copy it. use a small fish tank that is about the size you want and make the inside walls with plexaglass or lexan and silicone it to the place you want it. Good luck

    what Pump for a sump??

Also, make sure that you drill a small hole in your return tube just under the water line to prevent the water from siphoning into your sump when the power goes off. You could use a check valve, but that is more expencive.

    what Pump for a sump??

If you use a rio, it is submersable and you just slide your return hose right on it. Make sure you clamp it(non metalic, I just used nylon tie wraps) because WHEN it comes off you WILL have water all over your floor.

    Help me with my reef!

Go for the sump and put your skimmer in it. As far as fish, there are lots of choices. Clowns, royal gramma, blennys, get a good book and that will help you choose. Good luck.

What I am getting for 16G Reef

that lighting you might be able to keep some mushrooms, green star polyps, maybe some cloves. Are you planing to have any fish? and if you are using live rock and live sand, your tank might not cycle at all. Mine never did and mine is a 37.

    open brain question RE: feeding?

I've had one for 1.5 years and I have never directly fed it anything and it is growing and thriveing. All it really needs is light and I'm sure that it filters some odds and ends out of the water.
