With the fluvals the intake goes down in the aquarium about 15''I was wondering since overflows are at the top,why could''nt I cut the intake to about 3 inches under the water for aesthetic reasons ? Thanks, Mike

Hi, I see in sump post's alot ''reduces bubbles" what harm do they do? Also I have to hang on whisper filters for circulation for now and it's about two inches from the water so when the water hits it makes bubbles.Thanks, Mike

I know alot of people are users that have tap water. I was just thinking that I don't know of people using them alot with well water. I havent been using one and just set up a 120 and was wondering if more people get away with not having one with wells that with tap. Thanks, Mike.
