I was looking into getting an anenome. But i will need to upgrade my lighting. Do you have to get metel halide or is there other types capable of keeping a nice healthy anenome
yes i have kept snowflakes with many hermits they do not harm them.. but yeah my eel really liked silversides and mysis shrimp. Goldfish arent a good idea because i have read that freshwater fish can be hard on there liver and unhealthy you could do it on occasion but not alot
yeah a pinktail is among the least aggressive of triggers i would also consider a niger its a very nice trigger and doesnt seem to bother very much.. but as far as bothering the eel normally it wouldnt but if i was very large and the eel was small it could happen over food but other than that it...
yeah its 23.6 gallons so tmy was right you can also just take the L(length),W(width) and height in feet multiply that then by 7.47 to get it into gallons
yeah the groupers reach like 26 inches in size and tangs need like a tank about 5 feet in length so they can swim freely.. umm its hard to decide i know snowflakes arent the most aggressive eel out there but if you get to small of a fish it could have it for lunch some day maybe like a six line...
Does anyone know if a orbit lighting system from current usa has enough or the right output to house some zoos, anemones and possibly some other corals in my aquarium.
Dual Daylight 6,700k/10,000k
Dual Actinic 420nm/460nm
i was into saltwater aqariums for a year then i ran out of money and after another year i want to set one back up but i forgot a few things... im setting up a FOWLR tank and i forget the type of lighting you need? :help:
im setting up a 45 aggressive tank. I want two triggers and something else but i am not sure which kind of triggers and what kind of other fish.
If you have any suggestions post them :joy: :notsure:
