Anyone have a purple or blue lobster??

I just got a blue spiny lobster today, so far he's pretty cool, right now he's cruising around on the live rock eating pods I assume. Bump this in a few days and I'll give a progress report.

    92 Gallon Corner Tank

I have a 54 corner, the only things I've found are that you can't see the overflow if anything gets back there & the curved glass makes everything in the tank look larger unless it is right up front. As far as equipment room it took a little work but I got what I needed under it. HTH

    End Shots

jumpfrog, just a quick question about your red coris wrasse. my LFS has two right now & I'm wondering how they do at feeding time as far as coming out when everything else eats, or do they hide under the sand most of the time, like the two at the LFS, & sorry for the OT in the middle of the Photo...

    Safe Stand Height?

my 180 sits 42" off the ground without a 2x4 in the stand, its all 3/4" oak plywood, 42" up puts the whole tank at eye level for me, that way you don't have people bending over to look in your tank. HTH

    spotted moray

Free to good home, it's about 15" long and eats anything you put in "his" tank, as long as he can see it, and when I say "his" tank I mean it, he will eat it if he can catch it. pick up only. E-mail me late.again@verizon.net

yeah he got it for free and has no place for it as of yet & since my tank just cycled and all I had was the grouper & a lion at the time I said sure throw it in there. Now I know why it was free!!!

    nasty moray

Well the subject says it all. I ended up with a spotted moray that I'm keeping for a friend until he is able to take it. Problem is he has already eaten a miniatus & is now chasing my lion aruond the tank, just curious if anyone thinks he'll ever calm down.
