Sounds like it will work great. Keep your params nice and stable and a good amount of flow and you should be able to keep anything you want.

As promised some new pics.

New gem that arrived today. Wilsoni brain. This piece looks much nicer in person.

Red goni. Wish me luck. I did my research and decided to give it a try. If you have kept these and have any advice, fire away.

Sorry if you already answered this but, where did you buy your base rock? its very unique looking. It almost lose like lace rock.

It came from a LFS. It is just lace rock. It was never in the ocean. Came from the ground. I do have about 200# of LR in the sump and frag tank. I just needed large flat pieces to work well in a shallow tank and these fit the bill.

Well I decided to keep a collection of brain corals and other LPS in the front 10" of my tank. I thought by putting them there they would be out of the intense light. I found they were still getting too much light so I made a coral shade for them. I used 2 layers of window screen. It casts a light shadow across the front of the sand bed. Not really noticable unless you remove while you are watching.
Here are some pics of the LPS across the front.

Pic of the coral shade.

Sweet! What was that green plate thing sticking out of the water in the frag tank? How small is your wallet now?

JP,
I just saw something that caught my eye.
In the back room, facing the tank, on the far right side, just under the table, as the 4 drainlines fall...then turn under the table...
I saw something attached to the 4th drain line...the one closest to you as your facing the tank from the maintanace room...what is that cylinder with the blue decal on it?
its about 13-15 seconds into your video

That is a Saliconia plant. NASA is actually researching them as an alternative fuel source.
What wallet? My only form of currency is frags.
