These have got to be one of my favorites :)
I always love keeping them from when they are eggs to when they are cute and Small (well kinda small haha) to when they are big and mean looking.
Nice pics if i had the room right now for one i would definitly like to take him off your hands.
how ever I am going to build a pond very soon.
Very nice pics :)
Brad.

1.5 hrs from ohio border.
psusocr1 said he wanted it but he hasn`t replied to my e-mail I sent him yet.
If he doesn`t want it then I guess your next in line if you want it.

Sorry, I`m not interested in an orbic bat.
as for meeting halfway, it`s a 5 and a half hour ride total.
i`d have to think about that.

to be honest, I don`t think you have any more room for this shark.
he will eat clownfish and damsels. also he will eat any snail in the tank.
he may eat the brittle stars as well.
you really cant have anything other than large fish.
in my tank all I have is yellow tang, blue tang ,sailfin tang, volitan lionfish,
a striped dogface puffer,2 very large chocolate chip stars, one longspine urchin.tangs are all at least 5-8 inches.
I tried a large clownfish about 3"and he nipped at it stressing it out.
he should be kept in a large tank with aggressive fish.
I have him in a 220 now and he`s 3ft which is half the tank.
he just sits behind the rocks all day till feeding time then look out,
he doesnt swim vey often unless he`s hungry. pretty lazy actually
the bigger the tank the more he will leave the other inhabitants alone.

I do have a suggestion.
Why don't you build your own shark pond for him - say something like a 8' long x 5' wide x 2' deep (about 600 gallons). That way you could keep him for the rest of his life.

thanks for the suggestion but I don`t have the funds or the room to build one. I`ve got 3 saltwater tanks going now, plus a freshwater one in my stepson`s room.
220 fish only, 55 reef , 29 reef. and stepson`s 10 gallon.
And a 100 gal Koi pond outside.
if I build one more it could mean divorce

Mind I ask as to how you acquired him? I live in Georgia so I know is out of the question, but I'd like to have one of my own someday.
