AWESOME! if you do use it just keep in mind it only comes in 4ft wide sections and you need some kind of liquid nails to adhere it down (I used tub surround but should have bought 2 tubes... its alot thinner than regular LN so you can smooth it out with a putty knife).

Okay so now im just waiting for my locline pieces to get here thursday to do my return plumbing, but I want to get my overflow plumbing done tomorrow and need some help.. and i mean HELPPPPPPPPP
SO the return on the right is about 1/2 inch lower than the other so I was thinking I should have the T right beside the elbow with (1 inch in both sides, 1.5 down) the down pipe then has a barbed end onto the coupler piece for a piece of flex hose then down to the sump... Ideas?? Suggestions??

I don't see an issue with having the right side bulkhead (if I'm following correctly) slightly lower......Actually that is how you would want it.....That bulkhead (if your looking at the tank from behind) on the left; the plumbing should run down hill somewhat to help with flow. If the bulkheads or plumbing were perfectly level then you might have an issue with draining IMHO......Personally though I would have upsized my drain line possible to 1 1/4", but 1" will work.
Not sure why you really want both drain lines tied together....I question and at the same time caution....If something were to lodge in that line below the "T" you will have issues.....Your entire drain will back up and overflow. With running dual separate drain lines to the sump might seem a pain or waste of material, but in theory if 1 would become clogged the other would be fully functioning.....The way you have it designed it could flood. Have you thought about putting in a union to allow you to pull the plumbing apart to be able to clean out or clear if needed.......
What is the return pump.....Ditch the flex tubing.....Either hard plumb it or go with SpaFlex at the pump.......

All the tubing is spa flex tubing..i hadent even considered the issue of if the drain line got clogged...hhrrmm i may just do tubing off of the bulkhead thats there...just wish it had a barbed end on it...though i think i could do a coupler up with a barbed end..hhrrmmm
the only reeal issue i have with it is that my filter sock is only a 4inch since thats all that would fit in the first chamber in my sump so i was worried about having 2 hoses in, but that might be what i do....
Thanks for the ideas :)

I avoid barbed ends if at all possible....I don't like relying on clamps period.....Just my take on it.....
As far as the 4" filter sock/space issue.....you could run 2 lines down to a certain point and then combine them right at the filter sock with a "wye" connection.....Again I think an important element is leaving yourself an "out" in event you get a blockage there......Go to Lowes or HD and dream....That's what I do......I'll have to post some pics of some crazy plumbing I've been working on over on my build.......

The biggest problem is lowes and HD out here SUCK for plumbing parts.. out HD doesnt even carry sch 80 pieces AT ALL so that may explain the LIMITED sch 40 stuff....
Thats why my only other real option is to do a hose straight off of the overflow out but id appreciate a barbed end to put the hose onto, they didnt have one before and put some spa flex hosing right off of the pipe and it OBVIOUSLY leaked and had massive salt creep...

Yeah my 1 Lowes carries no schedule 80 at all the other does. HD has a very sad selection here. I wouldn't even consider using sched 80 in our application, because we don't apply enough pressure to warrant its use, plus smaller inside diameter than sched 40 so you loose flow as well.
The SpaFlex was never intended or should be clamped. SpaFlex is designed to be glued to hard PVC using a special solvent. That would explain your leak though.
