Well, I just bought 20 Lbs. of more live rock, and I finally think my rock is done. Maybe a little here and there, but pretty much to the point where I can start getting other things instead of rock. I also wanted to get another fish, what would you guys recommend that has done well in a softy reef, or reef for that matter?

Sounds good except, the tang which I also have in a 55, but I just feel sorry for him now after all I've learned. Poor guy went from swimming miles a day to 48" back and forth. I've wanted a mandarin my self really bad but I have no fuge.
As for equipment looks ok to me. You already said it was for softies so you really dont need much more. I have only 130w daylight and have some sps and lps all of which has grown. Just remember when trying to place your corals that some may need to be placed higher.

tpigg81 - My dad and I decided we are going to get these "strip" T5 lights, I think Coralife. 1 Actinic, 1 Normal, and some LEDs since we build a canopy for about $15
. The canopy actually came out pretty good for $15. Would that be enough light?
