I have never been to an ocean beach that does not have 'swim at your own risk' posted multiple times. And i have been to a few ocean beaches in north, central and south america. So doing something risky gets a human killed and the humans want blood in return. Thats like McDonalds telling you that there coffee is hot, then sueing them because there coffee is hot. A warning is not good enough.
I know all these tri athletes knew that risk was part of the game, but all these over protective parents and media wanting the shark dragged out and strung up dead for all to see is over the top. Send your kids to the pool if you are that worried about it.
