If it is true and there where children involved, I would think that anybody with decent moral values would do the same. You do understand that there were no children involved don't you? This was a sting by a couple of "reporters" masquerading as a pimp and his girl. That doesn't change the fact that what ACORN was doing was despicable.

If I tell someone how to break a law I haven't myself broken the law unless I actively participate or supply specific information like a lock combination. What these women were doing would seem to me to come very close to giving out the combination, had the people actually been who they were claiming to be and gone through with it.
I am surprised they fired them so quickly considering their track record but a group dependent on government funding can hardly tolerate being seen as offering advice on how to swindle the government.

I think the confusion was that they were saying their plan was to bring in under aged girls from south America to work the house and the ACORN worker was telling them how to write the girls off as dependents on their income taxes.
I saw this story on Glenn Becks show, they had it right there, don't know about the web site, may have not been as clear there.
In any case ACORN has now been pushed off the government teet, a good thing but only the beginning. I want to see the women who were taped hauled before congress to explain themselves. If what they were doing was their own idea there probably isn't a lot that can be done to them. If these ideas came from above which I am pretty sure they did to some extent anyway there might be some prosecutions in the future.

Do people honestly think this is a Republican/Democrat issue? It's not, this is about corruption and the way our tax money is being used. 8.5 Billion of OUR MONEY sitting here for ACORN.

The MSM will not be touching this WITH a 100 meter cattle prod for one reason. If they do it would show that they DID NOT VET OBAMA. By not touching this story they can have the see no evil monkey look to themselves. Remember they almost did not touch Bill Ayers but were quick to scream Joe the Plumber is NOT ONE.
Obama worked for Acorn in the Early 90's in Chicago as a Staff lawyer and was responsible for them filing their case in IL on the Motor Voter Law that required IL to go full voter intstead of Federal only. Which BTW allowed Chicago to tighten its hold on IL.

Senate in a 83-7 VOTE KILLED ALL FEDERAL FUNDING for Acorn incuding the Stimulas Bill. The 7 were Both Senators from IL no Shock there Both from VT what do they feed the Cows at Ben and Jerry's. One Each from RI PA and NY except for IL all the no votes came from the NE. Boy those Senators better pray they are not up for Reelection soon. Durbin and Burris of IL are both done according to polls even Chicago can not help them this time.

True however now a 4th story has breached that Acorn is doing this NATIONWIDE. This one was in San Bernadino CA. What is Acorn doing taking how to run a home office tips from Barney Frank.

These people are awesome. They are tearing down this corrupt organization limb by limb. There is absolutely no denying their operating policies now. They all do and say the same thing.

My point is there are idiots everywhere.... I did ask my wife, I wonder how many other offices they visited and didn't get salacious responces. She tells me they have fessed-up to that fact. NEWS worthy are ony the idiots - and liars - killing their husbands. Some were sucked in believing it. LOL

As far as "fessing up" I heard they had visited many offices after the first tape aired. They were pretty up front about the fact they had visited a lot of offices. They have yet to reveal how many people bit. Even the higher ups at ACORN are now admitting they have a systematic problem. Gee, ya think

Well because all but a few of those people earned the bonuses. You may not like the system but if they agreed to a contract and kept their end of it they should get their bonuses. You don't like what they are doing don't deal with them.
