You don't like Acorn, don't go to their offices.... Not everyone is bad, are they? You are okay with bankers all of them, correct? or are you? I didn't have a choice on the banks and investment firms bailed out with socialist money - Bush and Obama. That's where the Ditto came from.

Ah yes, with Van Jones, ACORN, the health care reform debacle, and Jimmy Cotter defending the prez, it is extremely entertaining watching the Dems shooting themselves in the foot at every turn. Obama's reign is starting to crumble as it barely gets started.

My tax dollars go to fund ACORN which has already had numerous people convicted of voter registration fraud, had a founding members brother caught embezzling over a million bucks and the group declined to prosecute him and now these latest revelations. Not even close to the same thing.

Banking and investment firms are different, how?
Bernie was only sent to jail because he broke the sacred trust ( and keep his family out of jail)- he robbed the very rich.... And they don't take it kindly....

Not all banking and investment firms did anything wrong. You want to single out the bad ones great. If Bernie had several branches around the country after his fraud was discovered they all would have been shut down. So should be the case with ACORN.
If ACORN had just been supporting left wing politics (which by the way is in violation of their tax exempt status) you would have a point, maybe. They are violating the IRS laws. But they have been caught and convicted of breaking laws and caught red handed on tape helping others to commit fraud against the government among other things. It is in too many places to pull the a few bad apples excuse.

After watching all the tapes my reaction is still this can't be real. Sadly it looks like it is. Makes me glad I live in a world where instead of ACORN, we have 4H, the home extension service and FFA.

I thought the same thing when I first watched them.....What is sad is the "undercover investigators" are being attacked now.....what did they do wrong? They did what every other investigative reporting team does....But now Acorn and the News media are going at them.
John stewart on the Daily show said it best..."where was the real news media on this story? Are you telling me two kids from high school musical with a video camera and their grandmother's chinchilla coat broke this story? It cost them 3000 dollars. It cost CNN that much just to turn on their holograph machine. I am a fake journalist and I am embarrassed I didn't break this."

Couple points-
How is supporting your so called left wing politics a violation of their tax exempt status? Which one are you talking about...
ACORN
is a non-profit organization with no special tax status
and therefore. This means that it is free to participate in direct legislative lobbying and contributions and bequests to it are not tax-deductible.
The ACORN Institute
, a 501(c)(3) organization, is not involved in direct legislative lobbying and all contributions and donations made to the ACORN Institute are tax-deductible.
http://acorn.org/index.php?id=9908
Which places were the few bad apples from?
400,000 member families organized into more than 1,200 neighborhood chapters in about 75 cities across the country.
They have issues and need to clean themselves up. I fail to believe that everyone is bad.

Not everyone is bad...however when 4 different cities give basically the same answers and service for the situation, that isn't bad employees..that is policy...what are the odds of finding 4 bad employees all willing to circumvent the law in the same ways...

Here are a couple; Walmart, Walgreens
Search the web for these criminal enterprises - walgreens or walmart selling tobacco to minors.
I agree with you about isolated incidents of folks not following polices and could
be breaking laws.

Did you really expect ACORN to post their activity that violated their 501 c 3 status online?

I have been dealing with these crooks since the 90's when they were in bed with the New Party. I think it was in Arkansas where the got busted for throwing away all the Republican voter registration cards they collected. They made no secret of the fact they were backing Obama last election. One of their officers stood up at an event and said so. That is a direct violation. They are currently under investigation in at least 20 different states. 87 Senators got it right though

According to the guy who is posting the videos on his web site "there is more to come".

I just gotta say...
I wish she (the ceo lady) would quit with telling people that they got thrown out of a lot of establishments. There is absolutely no way that that information gets forwarded.
Even if it's true, even if they did get thrown out, that's it. That's the end. They don't fill out paperwork to pass along saying who they "didn't" help. So I just wish she's quit with that one cause you know its a lie that can't be proven or disproven...
OK, I'm done.
Oh and I love the "20-some years and I am always going to make sure that we serve "low and moderate income people of color." statement that she keeps making...
Oh people...gotta love em.

You may not realize this, but there is a significant difference in being lazy and not checking ID or an 18 year old selling to friends and someone sitting down and showing how to evade taxes, condoning illegal immigration, and explaining how to hide child prostition.
One you have to be taught how to do, the other anyone can do on their own.......You have to ask yourself, what are the odds of so many people in Acorn knowing how to circumvent the law in these instances without being taught how to do it.
Seriously, your defense of this organization and their actions is appalling. Child prostitution of all things.....
