Any ideas as to what this is? He's been on that rock in that exact spot since day one. He looks like a "Curly-Q" a little but doesn't act like one. Thanks!

Looks like aptasia, BUT....I am not 100% I did have a white one recently though
 
It also could be a hidden cup coral.......sorry...I'm no help...LOL

I googled it and that's absolutely it!! Thanks for the help! Now, any thoughts on care or feeding?

It will eat any meaty seafood bits. The more you feed the faster it will grow. Keep Alkalinity and Calcium in range just like with any other stoney coral. These are not photosynthetic but light won't hurt them.

My girlfriend has a bunch of those that grew off her rocks. They are cool looking. Like an anemone but with a skeleton and they dont move around.

Yup, a little late to the party here.
Phyllangia americana
Encrust the underside of rocks, ledge overhangs and cave ceilings. Usually have a browntan tint to them. This one is really clear. Would like to see how-if it changes in any coloration over time.
