@fishy411 - There are many alliances. Some of them are well organized and have been around and many of them are simply local collections of players which tend to be very loosely organized with little involvement in the overall game. The most important thing to be part of an alliance is to be near other players and to be able to work with them.
@Beth - Empire Solaire is a very well run alliance with a long history. They won Beta 6. The only difficulty with working with them is communication as they are almost exclusively French.
We are likely to NAP (Non-Agression Pact) them.
TZAR Whitestar did not exist last beta and is likely not to exist this beta either. There is too much resistance to having 5 player suballiances from being allowed to win. Only 1 such suballiance even triggered a countdown during this past beta (whereas nearly 40 individual players started countdowns (including myself. ).
You can use your same username and password and restart as many times as you would like. You just have to wait 30 minutes after logging in before you can resign again.
