Nope NON UNION at the time. He only was a Teamster for 7 years BEFORE this and BLACKBALLED FOR CROSSING THE LINES BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO FEED HIS FAMILY RATHER THAN STAY OUT ON STRIKE FOR 55 DOLLARS A WEEK. Even though he was a Legit Pension Claim his is denied and he has applied all the way to Hoffa JR HIMSELF and turns out ANY TEAMSTER THAT CROSSED AND LATER LEFT THE UNION WOULD BE DENIED THEIR PENSION EVEN IF THEY EARNED IT.

The Teamsters controll it for the BANKRUPTED companies. The company he was with while a Teamster Artam went under therefore the IBT took over handling the Pension claims for that company.

That's a great plan. Bankrupt a company and then sequester the pension fund. Now I understand why UAW wants to bankrupt GM.

And no I don't think the "electric" car will ever be a market driven mass produced product. (as long as we have oil and we'll have it for our life times for sure.) I'm just pointing out, that if you get some Al Gore type tree hugger, (that is out to turn a buck) running the auto industry they'll run it into the ground just to sell some green related product that makes them millions...
