Ban T.O. from NFL?

why would he be banned.. hes a great player but hes just too cocky... there have been much worse on field incidents, what about that guy earlier this season that spiked a guy in the head while he was on the ground with his helmet off

I agree ... and he acctually stompedlmet off and then stomped his head
