Bristle warms?

After my few fishes and snails died (due to my improper water change), I found these warms in the sand.
Took to a professional shop and they told me that these are bristle worms (blueish/greyish color) and they are ok.
I am affraid that I will have nothing but a moving mass of warms in my tank
What should I do? Should I do anything?
I have 1 chromis in there, 4 little crabs and 3 snails now......

Bristle worms are actually a good thing,....they eat detrius and dead stuff. they stay in he sand mostly, but will come out at night. A very very good part of a cuc (clean up crew)

Thank you.
But they would not overtake the tank?
Sorry, I just don't want to throw up in it one day I look in :)

The population of these worms is 100% dependent on how much you feed the tank. If you think the population is too high then you may be overfeeding.
