call me exited, but...

Well, I got everyone out just fine. Right now I have most of the LR in one bin with a heater and air stone, and the fish, most of the inverts, and some of the corals in another bin. My clowns found their 'shrooms immediately, and are hanging out around them for the most part...

Right now it's just a waiting game to get some muscle home to move the old tank out and move the new one in. I took pictures, of the bins and my empty tank, but I can't find the cable to download them right now...later, I guess.
Wish me luck...so far, so good *fingers crossed*

Last pic is what it looks like so far. Everything, as far as I can tell, is warm and aerated. Tomorrow the rest of the water goes in along with the rest of the rock and the corals. Fish as well.
My clowns immediately found their mushrooms in the bin, and my coral beauty angel (the mom of the tank) has been keeping a close eye out on everyone and making sure that they're ok. Again, so far, so good....I'm tired.

Not quite done yet. I slept in a bit this morning...well, kinda. I woke up at 6:00 and got worried about my fish, so I crept out to the front room to check on them. I could see my clowns snuggling in the corner and figured they were okay. I fell asleep on the couch close to them until just about an hour ago. I'm starting to acclimate them to the water in the tank at this point.
Tank has gotten really cleared up overnight. Looks pretty cool. I may need to get more rock in there...in due time. I do have a couple of pieces in the bin with the fish yet. I'll wait and see how those fit in.

Well, everyone is in their new home...what a project!! But I'm really glad that I did it. Hopefully everyone will settle in and really enjoy the extra room they've been afforded.
I have a question. In the new tank, I now have 2 mj 1200 phs, and this seems like a LOT of current. I have them placed on either ends of the tank, one closer to the front and about mid tank, the other closer to the back and higher in the tank. Any ideas? I just want to make sure that everything is right for my critters.
Thanks in advance.
Following are pics of the finished project. I had the halides on for only about 15-20 minutes. Everyone is now chilling under blue actinics, and will be for the rest of the day.

Thanks. I'm really happy with how it's turned out...better than I had pictured. I do think that I'll get a little more rock in there sometime (not today...talk about chilling!!).
So far, I've seen everybody except for my royal gramma...I suppose he'll keep himself hidden for a couple of days. He got really upset when I pulled him out of the bin this morning, and the little stinker hides so good, I don't know where to begin looking for him. Oh well...
Thanks again for the nice comments. More pics to follow once the silt settles, so to speak.

Well, it took him a while, but Prince William (royal gramma) is now out and about with everyone else. ***)
I'm still wondering about the amount of flow that I have going in this tank. It seems as if the clowns are either playing in it or fighting it, IDK...

Previous posters were correct in saying that the clowns wouldn't find their shrooms in the new tank. That's sad, but hopefully before too long they'll decide to make their home there again.
Thanks to all who advised, encouraged, and cheered me on during this project.
Now, on to cleaning up the 37 gal for a seahorse tank...more to come.

yea, i'm sure theyll find em again soon..just a bit confused and have to get used to the new home again....my clowns LOVE swimming in the flow...when i first moved my 75, i had the flow just a way where it would shoot them across the tank and they would just do it over and over and over...plently of calms places to swim in, bt they just loved the flow

Sad news...
Now that I'm done crying...I lost Sr. Mary (coral beauty angel). I don't know what happened. She spent the whole day in and out of the rocks. It looked like she was having a great time. I went to look into the tank at about 6:00 this evening, and she was on her side in the hole of one of the rocks. She was getting stuck to powerheads and even the intake on the skimmer. I took her out with a net...she never moved

The biggest thing that I can think of that may have contributed to this is when I went to put her in the tank from the bin, she got stuck pretty good in the net. I took some real fanaguling to get her free.
I haven't seen Willy (royal gramma) again for while. I hope I did the right thing...
