Mine are :
Gordon Ramsay - He is THE BOMB ! I absolutely love and never can get enough of Kitchen Nightmares & The F Word! Gotta love his honesty!
Emeril - love his trademark quotes while he cooks. Oh yeah, babe!

Mario Baltalli - Interesting to watch
Paula Dean - Now she's one Southern Belle I'd love for her to teach me some good ol' southern cooking.
Guy Fiero (spelling?) from Guy's Big Bite

Agreed. Too bad they're always repeats. Do you know when they're coming out with a new season?
I also love Top Gear on BBC. I've bootlegged all 12 seasons. James May didn't come on until the 5th season (or was it the 3rd) and he's my favorite character.
