sometimes its better to know what your budget is.if i dont save for the winter i get in trouble.now i am in a lease to own home .i cant get a loan untill january.the banks dont like stated income anymore.the owner told the realtor to tell me today when i went to pay next months rent he is raising my rent $150 a month wtf?we are out of contract and month to month but he knows the deal.so i might just move i dont know yet.its not alot of money but its the point.
i do know they cant make the payment without my rent.so in this market he would be stupid to have me move but some people are stupid especially when the realtor would rather get commission on a sale.what does he care if it goes to foreclosure?

Sounds to me like your land lord is behind on another property and is likely raising rents on the others to help make it up. I had a similar situation many years ago when I had ALOT less crap to move, and I split over a weekend......by the time he went by his vacant property to shake me down for that months rent - I was already unpacked in my new place. Sure I was under another rental agreement again, but at least with a contract in place - they can't jack up your rent just for kicks....He called and pleaded for me to move back in, but when I told him I had already signed a 12 month lease and the move was final - he got belligerant and threw a fit, but he was buffed and knew it.
These fish tanks make moving a true disaster - like moving doesn't suck anyway - moving big & multiple fishtanks really bites it..

i told the realtor to kiss it .i am not paying any more.i am buying this place in january.the only reason i am waiting is because the mortgage companies have made such a mess lately i want to put 10-20% down.plus being self employed they dont take stated income anymore so i have to do my taxes in january.i havnt heard back from them since last week.so i figure the broke down.
the owner got transfered to denver and had this place for sale for a year.they cannot afford to put it back on the market.
so they tried to play me and lost.well so far.actually just a quater mile down the road we found a bigger house with 7.5 acre with an inground pool.so i almost hope he calls back and says he is raising the rent.

At the moment I am looking for a chiller but until now I have not found what I have been looking for. So I decided to use chiller rentals in order to bypass the time until I can buy my own one. Hopefully I find a cheap offer soon in order to have my own chiller after the old one broke.

I thought you were building a new house around the 500+ fish tank? Did I miss something?
