Pretty much what I expected. Me and most of the other adults on the forum have fun debating the issues. It's a debate when you discuss issues using logic and facts. It's an argument when you throw out silly statements with nothing to back them up.

No child left behind left many children behind.... I have an autistic child so I know and Immigration? that's a laugh that issue hasn't been good in years... nothing got accomplished on either issue, Bush didn't work well with anyone especially if someone date to disagree with him.
You don't know what logic is, it's an argument when I get called a dummycrat and unintelligent just because I have a different view of issues as you do. seriously you adults need to get a life maybe dare I say pay attention to your fish since this is supposed to be the reason you join a fish forum. I have alot of things in my vocab that I consider fun arguing with each other on a message board isn't one of them. I am here because I am defending myself and I guess you all are loving it because you like to argue it's really hard not to get sucked in and ruin my long weekend but I'm just not going to let you do it. I refuse to be made as miserable as the rest of you. ReefRaff I have no obligation to back up any statements I make with you. are you that small that you feel like you some kind of power from a net forum. Dude seriously you have been cooped up on the computer too long. How many hours a day are you online? that's wasted time when life is not a dress rehearsal.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church. A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it's a foreign religion, of course!)
If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it. A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a conservative slips and falls in a store, he gets up, laughs and is embarrassed. If a liberal slips and falls, he grabs his neck, moans like he's in labor and then sues.
If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".
I don't agree with any of this but I'm a liberal and I believe if everyone felt the same it would be a boring world so have your laughs as long as you leave me alone personally it's when you resort to name calling that I go all "woman" on everyone! I'm sure my husband is sorry he let me use the account again lol!

Care to point out were I called you a "Dummycrat" or anything else? Yet another claim you can't back up. You and your wife/husband jumped into the threads and started in telling people they are extremists and miserable etc. in your very first post in two different threads so you can push the poor innocent picked on poster card back in the deck. Seems to me it is you who are a truely miserable person if you have nothing better to do than troll in threads.

If that isn't a great argument for term limits I don't know what is. One of my all time favorite politicians was James Trafficant and he got caught up in it too. Unfortunatly it would take a constitutional amendment to create term limits and 2/3rds of each house would have to vote in favor of it to send it out to the states. Good luck with that one.

Yeah. Not sure the beam me up scotty would be the same though. I used to really like Rangle too and he went and ruined it. I'd kinda like to see some of the Republicans who came in in 94 and left after 2 or 3 terms come back, they weren't there long enough to get ruined. Be interesting to see what they could do being a little older and wiser. There were some good people in that wave.

It runs in cycles. I've had to sleep in a recliner for a long time because of the mutilated hip and even then some nights I don't get more than a couple hours sleep, I figure nodding off by 2am is a good night

Dang Reef, that's gotta suck. Makes my 3-5 hours a night sleep with a couple crushed discs seem like nothing. Scotnlisa, you're taking this all too seriously. While we all say what we really think here, you gotta take this stuff with a grain of salt. For example: I think that murdering an unborn child is murdering the most vulnerable and innocent life there is-especially when they are burned with acid and ripped apart while still alive. You probably think my point of view is a typical right-wing neanderthal wanting to control a woman's body because I don't think women are as smart or capable of making decisions for their own bodies and I don't care about a woman's health. That's the usual mantra, my side-your side. Will we ever agree, of course not. My concern is an innocent victim(in my mind). Your concern is for a woman being able to control her body and life. That doesn't make me evil. That doesn't make you evil. But maybe we can disagree, and even get a little personal, and walk away at least understanding why we feel and think the way we do.

Yeah but NOTHING sucks like back pain, If I contort around enough I can find a position where the hip is happy for a few hours.
