Yup, that's the one! But I was just reading that they get 15 inches in the wild not 20. Also, fish never really reach full size in aquariums, so, its going to be a bit smaller than 15 inches. =)
I attached the quote because of his dietary needs I hope you know. Algae to him is important, but make sure he gets he's meaty treats as well, clams/squid/scallops/etc. His stomach area under his pectoral fins looks pretty pitched, I would get him eating NLS Thera-A medicated pellets just to be on the safe side.
If you wanna get rid of the GHA, I would definitely suggest making your own algae-turf-scrubber. My 125gal had hair algae problems after I took a vacation, and of course the stupid light timer stopped worked, so the halides were on for 80-something hours straight. Since then I've been battling GHA, but I added the ATS and sure enough a month and a few weeks after, it suppressed the GHA.

Yeah, I know. I feed the fish 3 times a day with meaty home made fish food and theres PLENTY of algae on the rocks. =) I got him not too long ago, so, he will fatten up in no time because I feed the fish 3 times a day. =)
Its going away, so no worries. =)

Here is a picture of the PJ Cardinal and the Mushrooms like I promised. :) The larger rock with the Mushrooms came with a Gorgonian. :)
