this has kind of gotten side tracked since packing up and moving.
my scale is currently residing in the pod in storage.
once i get my stuff back and my new house, i will be able to continue.

well i hope youre atleast stickin to a healthier eating habbit and getting some exercise...

i am, to an extent on the food side of it.
