yup, we should do something... Bring back public hangings and beheadings. Make executions public and painful and maybe then it'll be a deterrent again.

Absolutely. I like what that Sheriff out in Arizona is doing with his tent city jail. No power, no amenities, just a cot in a tent out in the Arizona desert.

Obviously someone didn't read the whole thread before getting to that point and yes, Sheriff Arpaio is doing some good with that. He also makes the males prisoners wear pink underwear because they had some problems with theft of the issued clothes.
Other things I don't agree with but I do like that.
