This tank is the sole reason I dropped several grand on my set up to go with a sps reef tank instead of fish only for my first salt water tank. Gorgeous.

Swim tank was the initial idea. Then I decided FOWLR. Once this thought was complete, i figured 'we'll I'm spending all this money on LR, why not do metal halide and a sump?'
Dang hobby.

sweet pics once again i really like the extra close up of the pink milli. your tank is pure jaw dropping. if my tank looked like yours i would never leave the house. btw my 1 acro colony that had that 1 crab in it died i think it was the crab cause the other sps is fine

the pics were in your other thread. i got 2 acro colonys and they both had those crabs in them. i ripped out most of them but left 1 crab in cause some people said they were good but guess not. the 1 colony that had the crab in it died the other was fine. all the other sps is fine so i was guessing it was the crab. couldnt really tell if it was hairy but it deff had blue eyes. oh well now i know for next time

Always a pleasure to see your tank. I love SPS tanks, but still love the LPS and softies. Maybe because I started out with these. (And probably, because I promised the loved one that I would only have one tank!!!) Thanks for sharing your pics. :jumping:

Murph, I showed the wife your pics and she goes:
"Ooooh!"
"Wow!"
"Why don't you have one of those?!"
"Get me one of those, that is pretty!"
"Ooooh!"
Then we come to your full tank shot:
"Tell him to take that frag shelf down off of the overflow... Ugh, men..."

Thank you Lisa!! I appreciate it. Last time I did well, passed everything and just didn't get selected for the oral review board. So hopefully this time will be different! Thanks again!
