not only did it take two hours, but it also took the whole police academy ..
The thing that sucks is that if that pack of dogs wouldn't have attacked the cleaning lady, they would probably still be roaming around the city...that's the problem with authority this days, they had to wait until an attack takes place to take action otherwise they probably ignore the calls...
