IMO easy to maintain. but most would say moderate. light needed is moderate to high lighting.
they grow by one head splithing into two and turning into its own branch. i feed micro plankton how ever it gets most of its food from it's zooxanthellae.
It is an aggressive coral that has long sweepers that can come out at night. so be sure to give it its space.
I have seen some that are HUGE and IMO it is one of the cooler LPS you can get commonly in the hobby.

here is a pick of a branching hammer from our old reef. this one although it looks cool was dying do to low light and lack of feeding. About 3 months after this photo it was dead.. however this photo does show how neat they can look under actinic lights

Thanks Sweet,
I added a spraybar yesterday and I'm gonna add more Lr today. I used a 3/4" PVC pipe and a maxijet 1200 PH. I had a hard time and had to make it "shorter" than I wanted becuase of the heaters and filter intake. But its "centered" at the back.
Hopefully, this will help keep some flow behind all the rock.. I used 3/4 because Its the ONLY size i could find a plug and a "graduated end for the PH nozzel, I think it'll be fine...
If anyone made a spraybar for the back of their tank, what did you use? Just curious. I stink at the DIY stuff, I try to "keep it simple" cuz I HAVE TO..LOLOL
I have been thinking of getting a sump for under the tank, I could put heater and skimmer in that right?
Thanks a bunch, Kim
Will post more pics after I add more Lr and coral.

Thanks for all your HELP!!!

Here is my four month old 54g corner reef with a 10g sump/fuge. As you can see I have hundreds of tube worms on everything. They are nice but my tank is getting a little over run by them.
