Not to be a jerk, but you should say, "This is my sister and me." or "This is me and my sister."
The easy way to check if you are unsure is to simply take the other person's name out of the sentence.
So...
Taking out 'my sister' you would get "This is I at the fair a few weeks ago."
However, if you take out 'my sister' in the sentence, "This is my sister and me," you will get, "This is me at the fair a few weeks ago." Which is obviously correct.
