Finally made my first online livestock order sat took advantage of the 29 dollar Naso Tang and being in FL the shipping is cheap and I felt it had a better chance of survival than coming from CA. Well it shipped last night from Port St Lucie at 5:30 and was at my door today at 1247. Upon opening found it to have an ice pack and rather cold water (it was 83 here to day only a few degrees more than my tank" and a dead tang. Immediately called customer support and they of course told me till fill out there online form. I have now done this and receive an email saying to allow them a couple days to process and so far the only options are store credit or refund I don't particularly want either of those cause it doesn't appear that they refund shipping, "I didn't pay 19 dollars for nothing." Seems like they should be able to immediately ship another fish in the case of a DOA. we will see what the outcome is but so far not thrilled with my first internet fish order.
