Rio.. it is rated up to 3600gal per hour. I think it might be overkill but I guess I will see. I didn't want to have muitply powerheads in the tank so I thought is up. I can easily change direction if need be and get plenty of water movement.

never too much flow^^
However the pvc...looks like its what 2"?Might be an illusion..but it looked like large PVC.
Suggestion...and take it or leave it...
Keep the large pipes...but at the ends put, reduce it down to 3/4" lock lines(or at least something significantly smaller)
Basicly you dramatically increase the flow because the water is pushed into a large volume chamber...then with all the back pressure and mass of water behind it...you go back down into a small outlet. I know its common sense...but you don't realize just how much more force your generating by doing this.
Same principle applies to a pump that say goes from 3/4 to 1" return lines...then back down to 3/4 outlet. even though you start and stop with 3/4....you gain a massive boost in power.

Thank Nep good advice.
The pipes look really big. They are 1" PVC. Also if need be I will use our heat gun and press the tips together to get a more forceful jet.
UPDATE:
Tank is at shop and is ethier going to get drilled between tomorrow and Monday. If drilled tomorrow then we can pick it up if not they I have to wait till Monday.

Simply buy some fittings at homedepot to go from a 1" to a 3/4 threaded.
.70 each
You can always buy the loclines later on down the road. Those are 3-7 bucks each, depending if you want a "Y" or not.
