That's what they do, try to get you to buy stuff. Don't listen to that guy. Shop lights worked for another guy I know.
Aww man, I knew that son of a gun was just tryin' to sell me sumpthin. I think I'm going to hold off on the lights for the time bein'. I really like the light on those really pretty tanks that have the shimmer stuff on the sand. That's cool.

yeah, its always super cute when they sleep down there isnt it? sometimes, they'll even play dead, its how they beg for food, they wont eat the food while your there, they'll just keep playin dead til u leave the room, then they'll eat everything an go back to playing dead

I just don't think I have enough rock salt in my water. I think he meant a half a cup of salt per gallon of water. Maybe thats why my fish are actin funny?

You so need to mix that stuff up. Go get a stick and stir the tank the best you can. That will wake the fish up too.

ohhhh those are very nice, what I heard from my fish store expert, they do amazing in captivity and would be a very cool addition to your set up.

Boswell, you sayin' you think I need to feed them? I got some cooked shrimp in the fridge. I also got some of this "ocean prime flake" it's a purple top, how much should I feed?

when u get the ray an shark, just toss in some of those .20 cent feeder gold fish, about 5 or 6 per shark an ray should be perfect, an yes when u throw the food in, run like hell

I came back after feedin' them and the food's gone, I guess they're playing dead again. I guess they are scared like a opossum.
LT, I'm stirrin' up the tank with that wooden spoon like you told me to do - my fish just took off flyin! That's neat.

that works too, i forgot about those gold fish, very nutrional and will help your sharks and ray thrive a nice full life. good advice too, run with a quickness. maybe pull some towels around the tank with all the splash that will be goin down.

get 750 of em ever 2 weeks, and you'll be golden
Awesome dude! Glad to know I can trust this board with a few thousand dollars of my money.
I turned on my filters that hang on the back of the tank, but they are making this horrible grinding sound, is that normal?

its perfectly normal, they're just breaking in, just give em a lil bit of time, they should be good an broken in by the end of the week, an when that happens, they'll be so quiet that you would swear they werent even working
