so inside of the canopy is two vho bulbs with the halide. so it goes like this
1-75w VHO 10K
1-75w VHO 12k
1-70w halide 10K
should work out good for a frag tank.
little side story about the koralia nano's. in the magazine there listed as 240gph. when i order them over the phone, i was told they were 260gph. when i opened them they say on the back of them 265gph. so i was shocked to see a difference everytime. so currently i have 46.5 turnover rate. seems high but the koralia are not jet stream flow. so i have great flow in the tank.

alrite update.
FT is doing very well, most of my frags are from my main tank. currently i have different shrooms, zoos, leathers, kenya, monti, bird nest.............
i am wanting to get new bulbs for the VHO's and the halide, so ive been looking around. not long before i pull that trigger. i am possibly this weekend going to go grab new frags from my usual spot...
i am also looking to redo my sump, so i can add a skimmer. wut kind of skimmer. dont know that yet, still researching....

well a quick editorial update:
i found about 30lbs of live rock at my mothers in PA...so i did the whole bleach and re-cycle the rock...well all that went in, will i was preparing for that i went to a buddy house and he let me frag out of his tank, came home with the freebies and fragged some out of my DT. with that said frag tank looks more like a 20L nano, but the purpose of it is still a FT. but is nicely stocked...

threw one in of the 10 gallon sump/fuge...tonga branch rock in the inlet, fugue with live rubble and three types of macro, and the return with some fresh carbon in a filter sock next to the return. with 3 very small clowns in there, no need for skimmer...

That is a sick tank! Wish I was good with plumbing
Just make sure a powerhead dosent fall or you drop a rock cause it will crash your tank if that sand gets mixed up. Thats why I dont like deep sand beds and REALLY dont like them in the DT. But if it works for you then great.

thanx, the koralia's should stay on place though. had no clue how this tank was going to evolve, but i think it looks damn good...again more nano looking but a nice frag tank no the less....
