site used to add the tax after the shipping was added which is a big no-no, and I called each and every one of them on it and they always had to adjust the total for me. You can imagine how many people don't even look at that. It all adds up so the consumer has to be careful and aware. Anyway, I don't mind paying the $0.72 tax to get this meter. By the way, I went back to the site I ordered it from and it now is saying they are out-of-stock. I'm glad I looked at this thread when I did. Thanks for the heads up Nietzsche!
some people are amazing...glad to hear that you got the totals adjusted...i am going to go check on my order now

I just checked and it said no account under my email address, too, but there is a note on the top of the page that says recent orders may not be available to look at right away so it says to check back at a later time. I printed my order and received the email for it, also, so I'm not too worried. It does appear though that they have sold all their stock already.

UPDATE - I found a second email from them, and it had a different order number from the one in the direct link to the order status. Used that Order Number and it found my order. Status is - Sent To Warehouse.
Bet that 'warehouse' will be empty of TDS Meters pretty soon.

i just checked my order and it says that it was sent to wharehouse...i hope there still in stock

i ordered mine the first day it was leaked out... mine still says sent to warehouse. i just hope they filled orders in the order they were received! anyone have their order say shipped by any chance?
(btw, not to open up a new debate)

Mine still says the same thing, I hope they don't kill all the free orders.

I just checked both of my orders and they both say that they've been shipped. Yay!

You have to go in through this link to check your order. The way you're going won't be entered for a bit.
I ordered mine as well when it first exploded on the web. Mine has been shipped and is sitting in Atlanta. The funny part is it gives an estimated delivery of 11/22, like to see that happen lol.

Well, like the post I left just before yours, it said that mine had already shipped and I received an email this morning telling me that it shipped and is on the way.

Try running a business. You would be very suprised at what the overhead costs are. This site is a business. They have rules. I do not blame them in the slightest for their rules. We all love this site so why is there a problem with the rules? The Mods didn't make them up, they just enforce them.

sepulation, that part of the topic was over days ago. Lets not dig it all back up. And for the rest of you all. I just did a search on the TDS meter and so far, it hasnt got great reviews. Apparently the reading are waay off and something about the meter reading bottled water higher than the tap. I dont know. But I already assumed the worst being that it was sooo cheap. But anyways, cant beat free. Even if it does turn out to be a POS.

I got two of these Intellitec meters a few months ago. One stopped reading completely after a while and the other didn't work from the start.

Jon, I appologize if it seemed as though I was dragging up an old point. Didn't mean to, just been reading it for awhile. That is what most of this post has been about. After all of that the TDS is a POS?

Well, it's almost been a week, and my order still says 'Sent To Warehouse'. Guess the 'warehouse' is over in Bejing. Come on China!! Kick those 8 year old workers in the rear and get these TDS Meters made!

I wouldn't be suprised if the bottled water had a higher TDS. I was reading the back of that FIGI water that they sell for like 2 dollars a bottle. And they "brag" that their water has a tds reading of 290 or something. My water going into my RO unit is below 220.
