I'm thinking about getting a Mono sebae and converting it into saltwater for my reef tank. When I was starting SW I converted a few guppies into SW and everyone gave me hell for doing that....

I've caught a flounder in a freshwater lake once, it was all slimy and brownish-red though..kinda creepy, and its eye wasn't fully morphed over ...eeeeeeww.....

Eeeehhhhh fudge.....
Apparently this one didn't take. I bought 3 for my refugium since it's hard to reach to clean. He traveled or floated through my fuge return line, through the little drain slot in my sump, though my Mag 18
return, and up the return piping and attached to the Koralia 4. These were Petland fish. Going to get some more from a real LFS Sat.

Ouch. My freshwater fish ( tinfole barbs) ate the four golden mollies that I had in their. I had a green spot puffer too, and he had the best personalty. He would never leave me if I walked into the room, and he ate out of my hand.I miss him so much.

Those are beautiful fish , and from what I read just as easy to convert as mollies

More pics , my black female decided to come of hiding and school with my golden sailfins aka creamscile lyetail....yay....schooling fish in a seahorse tank !!! pretty unheard of !!! I'm so excited about this, all I've had were gobies , firefish ....generally very shy non schooling fish....I have 2 females , 1 male.....eating , pooping and trying to mate....hehe....haven't seen it yet but it'll happen soon
excuse the glare...I try

Wow...that was quite an adventure that one had before his demise....I'm sorry , that sucks to lose one
hopefully the others aren't as "ambitious"
