They aren't concerned with the Constitution. Oh boo hoo. The mean ol Republicans attacked the enemy (0bama) instead of each other last night and the liberals all got their thongs in a knot. although I suspect most of them like the sensation.. If I was a devotee of the party which inflicted America with Barack 0bama I wouldn't open my mouth about ANY politician liking to hear the sound of their own voice
There have been a few different studies done where convicted burglars were interviewed and when asked their biggest fear the one most often mentioned is encountering an armed home owner.

Banning DDT? Yea, that's not known to be a deadly carcinogen. Abortions? Yet another Conservative "interpretation" of killing.
I was waiting for someone to bring up "Operation Fast and Furious". Yea, best laid plans that went wrong. Looked good on paper. So you tell me a better way to figure out whose smuggling the guns into Mexico? Nah, just forget about it. Let them take all those weapons across. They'd NEVER use those to harm innocent people or US citizens. Look at the money the gun shops on the border are making. What a way to infuse the US economy.

That's all the Republicans know how to do. I'm waiting for their "magic fixes" to fix the economy and unemployment. Playing the "Blame Game" certainly won't do it. Let's talk about the party that inflicted us with Dubya Bush for eight years. Talk about painful.
I'd be more worried about Fifi biting my groin over some idiot homeowner that's more likely to shoot their own foot or one of their own relatives instead of an intruder. Wonder if they've ever performed a study on that. How many innocent wives, sons, daughters, grandmas, or other relatives in the house were shot by Rambo who was half asleep when he pulled a trigger on that shadow, then said "Freeze or I'll shoot!".

0bama's whole campaign was "Vote for me, I'm not Bush". If the blame game would fix anything our economy would be humming because not only was that 0bama's whole campaign it's been the focus of his domestic policy for 2 years.
As far as home oners with guns the only under reported statistic concerning it is the number of crimes prevented a year by an honest citizen pulling a weapon.

What kind of warped analogy is that? How is abortion being selfish? I guess a woman that was r@ped, or a child assaulted by her father or some other older person is being "selfish". How dare they not keep that baby alive and take care of it as a lifelong reminder of what happened. But wait, those are "exceptions" to the rule. And why is that? By your logic, abortion just boils down to being wrong, no matter what the circumstances. Let's have them crack babies, or the one's with deformities. There's THOUSANDS of people out there that want to adopt those gems. I'll call the abortion clinics and give them your address. I'm sure you're more than willing to take 5 or 10 of them off their hands. God is telling you it's the right thing to do.

Where? Military, SS, Medicare? Yea, we see how well that's being received today - "Obama is taking away $500 billioin from Medicare and poor Grandma and Grandpa so college kids can have decent healthcare." Boo Hoo.

What percentage of abortions fall under your "exceptions", 5%? I am not against abortion but I think it's more correct to call it a selfish act than one of campassion if you are going to paint with a broad brush.

You have to be a Republican opporative or something purposely trying to make liberals look bad.... You seriously going to attack bush for Iraq which was seen as a threat by not just the US but most other western governments all of whoem thought they still had WMD's when 0bama has drug us into the Libyan conflict when Libya poses no threat and is ignoring the war powers act to do so?
