Talked to the LFS last week and I'll know more tomorrow, I may have a chance at getting these cool tangs...
Acanthurus Monroviae
Acanthurus Japonicus / White Face
Acanthurus Maculiceps
And a purple tang
A little different than the Achilles / Naso / Chevron that everyone else has for sale!
What do you guys think???
If you are talking about one of them, you should be OK...but if you are talking about all of them, you will most likely have problems...aggression as they are all from the same family, size as they will all eventually outgrow your tank, as well as bioload as that would put 5 tangs in your tank...which would be a lot for a 150 or 180 in my opinion.
I am stocking my 125 (6 feet long, 18 inches deep, 22 inches tall...I think) right now...I plan on a lavender tang, a powder blue tang, a flagfin angel, 3 anthias, 2 firefish, 2 clowns, a half black angel, and maybe a couple other fish...perhaps a mandarin down the road. Look at adult sizes of the fish that you want...not sure if you want anything other than the tangs, but if you do, you will have potential problems without vigilant water changes, good filtration, and lots of water movement.
