You are not helping your cause by posting here. Can you explain how your Id and the violators posted minutes apart from the same computer with intermingled posting times? I can think of only a single possibility and it's not in your favor.

People are missing the point of this forum here... everyone comes here to get help and share their experiences.
Even if troy did it to get a laugh or two, it's done now, and I'm sure he wouldn't do it again.
Before a permanent ban is set in place the Mod should look at the overall user. Troy has a nice tank set up and has been around for awhile. Just the other day he helped me out with some good personal advice too. That's what this forum is about. Had troy not been here I'd still be clueless and it could have cost me about $70 in the long run.
That at least shouldn't go unsaid while considering this whole situation. He's a good user and can contribute good stuff to the forum. There is no point in banning his old name that has few notches in the bet as long as he can make a new name, claim that he is the old Troy and still post.

Yeah, really? troy is also an immature, racist, little child that called Obama, and I quote, a "porch monkey" in a thread about a week ago out of nowhere. Whatever anyones positions are on any issues, it was uncalled for.

The mods did their job. Bang brings up a great point. As for troy helping anyone, there are hundreds of other users on this site who help people everyday without being inappropriate like this. And now he went and created another name?

Since he's boasting about getting around the IP bans, can we ban the IP that he used to create the new accounts as well? We really do not need children or adults like that here.

YIKES....I only started this thread as a warning about imposters..LOL...and maybe as a place to report this type of thing. Seems like it has turned into a little bit of something else..

Just to be clear, I take banning (or Banging) a fellow SWF member very very seriously. I guarantee you that it takes me an order of magnitude longer or more to make the decision than the violator takes to perform their inappropriate actions. I look at every angle to see what I have missed and to give the poster the benefit of any doubt.

I understand. Granted that before hand, I had not seen anything that he had posted which got him in hot water.. I was just bringing to light that Troy is not simply a troublemaker with intentions of flaming, he is clearly interested in the hobby and participates in helping others, etc..
