LOL...WELL here we go.............Every year it seems around the holidays I have equipment issues.....and BY NOW everyone knows I have to order EVERYTHING
WELL...my first issue of the holiday season
RO/DI unit stopped working......SO I replaced all the filters......and noticed the new ones did NOT have o'rings...........so we tried to use the old ones....and one canister is leaking
BUT.....the unit sill will not work, SOOOOO by process of elimination I figure it is the membrane
SOOOOO I ordered the new membrane AND another set of filters (always keep extra on hand) AND I sent a message to the company telling them about the o'rings........they will be sending me my order today with the addition of new o'rings...
LET'S HOPE I do not have the 12 days of equipment failures this year.......

Once the carbon blocks stop working chlorine is able to get to the membrane. Chlorine kills membranes fairly quickly.

Have you tried pulling your sediment, carbon and DI out and seeing if your getting anything through the system......Another question and a very long shot, do you have a flush valve on your unit......If so by chance did you some how flip the unit to flush........
