How can we get a few more moderstors

I think we need a few more moderators around here . There has been an influx of trouble makers lately .
I think the moderators are doing their duty great . I just think they could use a little help .
Even with the forum members helping point the way to trouble spots ,There is just a lot of activity that gets over looked because there is so much going on .

I feel its not so much an influx of troublemakers, but a sign of bad times. People are stressed, Holidays around the corner, jobs are at a minumum. I see alot of college kids on here-just what do they have to look forward to? It is human nature to (sometimes) lash out at others. We are in a real mess here! Posting on boards is an easy form of release-no face to face confrontation. That doesn't make it right but at least some aggression spills out in a relatively safer way. IMO just have a little patience; make someone laugh, pay them a compliment-don't add to their frustrations.....

I think we need a few more mods as well. Like over certain sections.
For say like mods in the nano sections. cuz in the nano section we can get a away with anything really mods nvr check it. Only one who makes a post in there every now and then is Bang.
mods over the coral sections.. etc...

i agree... i think that it couldnt hurt to add 2-3 more mods.
even with the classifieds being locked down, they are still busy.

maybe its just me but it seems like there are too many mods on here?? but what the heck add a few more its not gonna hurt, just might not help much

You'd be a cool mod guapo, but honestly I think there are some people that have been here longer that have larger post counts that deserve it more. Not to say you wouldn't do a good job though.

I have been noticing that drivering to and from work is not as bad as last year with roadrage incidents. At least locally there seems to be more forgiving and curteous drivers then last year. I think it has to do with the steady drop in fuel while last year it was going up around the holidays and making pple feel stressed over spending for the holidays. Now pple are a bit more relaxed and feel they can spend a little more.

serious consideration should be given to:
rebel for a nano mod
sep for roaming mod
mimzy for aquarium mod
i think the three of them show nothing short of class when it comes to posting and / or personal conduct on these boards.
i would be honored to be scolded by any of them for my normal romper-room posting.
