How many people over 30 work out regularly?

Just curious. Since "adulthood", I find it difficult to spend the time working out that I used to. Now it's all kids, wife, job, and everything else before exercising. And when I do get to the gym, it's mostly young people... and a few older obese people who clearly aren't regulars.
If you're over 30 and work out, please let me know... how often, how long are you there?

Not "workout" as in weights, but exercise via hiking a few miles a couple times per week, and at least once a month doing a weekend trip of either backpacking, caving, hiking, or rock climbing.

I play tennis once or twice a week in a league, that is quite a workout....During Summer I do a 25 min. cardio workout 5 days a week, the golf course (my job) is a ghost town in the afternoons, so my schedule is more accomodating.

I too stay active... play basketball regularly... in the summers I walk a lot and run periodically.
Nobody over 30 (with a job, Florida Joe
) lifts at all? So I'm the last of us who still takes care of himself, huh? That's more motivation for me to keep it up.

I do a mild ab and pushup workout with my cardio deally....Cardio is more important to me. I wouldn't want to be as ripped as you Crimzy, you don't see any bodybuilders with good golf swings.
