ok, influent = Flowing in. Got it, now let me look back so I can put it in context.......
Ok, I'm with you, netting the incoming water for particles so that the tank doesnt get messy.
Ok, maybe this isn't suited for the begginers forum but I'm curious as to the response....
Isn't that influent matter going to end up being coral food?
(Like how I used your word Grammatically corect in a sentence?)
Many corals feed off of small particulates suspended in the water.
This is why filter socks always baffle me.
On a side note, alot of the information I have gathered on this subject has come from the Turf scrubber threads and websites, so it may be that they are just trying to promote thier ideas.
