Hi, I am setting up a 125g FO also.
I would stick with one tang. I would also pass on the Panther Grouper. They get huge and will soon outgrow a 125. I don't know much about angels so I don't have anything to say on that. Good luck.

In my opinion you should forget the grouper and the puffer, the tangs will be fine as I have kept a group of 14 different species together for some time and for the most part all get along fine just make shur to add the larger or more aggressive ones last.

Get rid of the panther grouper because they get way too big and are too aggressive of eaters and find a new tang species (naso, yellow, desjardini, chevron, kole, scopas, etc.) and you will be fine. The convict tangs are probably one of the worst choices as far as tangs go - right at the top with the achilles. Everything else I think sounds good.

Trey, I would personally suggest a Gold Rim Tang, also know as a Whitecheek tang...i have one in my tank, like 2 weeks now, he is awsome. Was a little shy like week 1, but now hes swimming all over and is very pretty. I never hear much about these guys from people, but i would highly suggest one. Or maybe i just got a good one, who knows...

Hey Trey Bomb, if you're going to do the whole Regal Angel thing... PLEASE contact a guy named John Coppolino (if you can't get his email from gogole or what have you get me at IanInDC@gmail.com)... he's total stud about angels and even moorish idols... he'll give you good advice.
It's possible but you really have to give a hoot about day-to-day acclimation for a while. But Copps knows some good techniques.
As a side note, I would agree that the grouper is probably. long term, a bad idea.
