I got the bug....

So here's what I did to assemble the rock wall:

Cut the egg crate to desired size.
[*]
Arrange rock and PVC to desired positions
[*]
Zip tie rock and PVC to the egg crate.
Squirt the foam into place. I used the tetra pond foam sealant.
While the foam is setting I sprinkled rubble rock on the foam.

Once I get the whole thing foamed and the foam cures I will "paint the foam" with epoxy and sprinkle it with dry sand.

Looking really good Gemmy, you know what I always thought of trying is incorporating a spray bar into a rock wall, just a thought.

I am going to let the sand cure for 24 hours, since I used PVC cement to adhere it to the wall. Then, I will rinse it to get any debris off. Hopefully, it will go in the tank Monday night. I have a ton to do tomorrow (work 7-7 and then it's homework time).
