holy poop thats alot of trucks
Without snow there would be no snowmobiling, skiing, sledding, snowboarding, icefishing
what would i do with my winters?
can you even have Christmas without snow? i mean how do they do it in the southern states?
Yeah I am glad thats not here where I am in NY.. We have a little snow on the ground but not that much and you are right Yuck they can keep it right up there in Buffalo.. LOL
we got like 5-6in yesterday. I like the snow for two reasons, it gets me out of school every now and then (last year i got 3 snow days ina row on my birthday). And i like the snow sports. Other than that, i really dont like it.
I love the snow though my new walker hound is just getting used to it. but yeah it does make the shipping slow. and guess what they are expecting another foot of the stuff tonight in my neck of the woods. woohoo snowmobile to work!
I love snow when I have no place to go, no work to do. Just watch the dogs play in it...what a blast.
I hate snow when I have to drive in it, know my children are driving in it (I worry), I have to work in it or clean it off my car and driveway. What a hassle.
Here in coastal Southern CA, we can go surfing in the AM, drive 2 hours and go skiing the same day (I've indeed done this). Snow is great as long as you can just visit the stuff and not deal with the rest of the hassles, esp. "mud season" (AKA spring).
i talked to my brother in buffalo yesterday.guess what he was doing? plowing )
they said the trucks were lined up 10 miles in that stuff.
i dont miss it at all.in fact i was on a car accident yesterday.it was probably 45 degrees and i stood there shaking cold directing traffic.no way i could move back to that mess.
70's here this weekend NICE

Transfer?
So you are either Military or have something to do with oil?
Neither. I work for a retailer that might be expanding into Alaska.
