my brother sent me a pic from buffalo.the hell with that.65 here tomorrow .they can keep that stuff up there

The only time I like snow is when I can ski in it. The motto here in Texas regarding snow is --
"If God meant Texans to have snow, he'd have made bullsheet white".

In 27years i have never in my life seen snow, feeled snow nada!!! looks cool though!

Well I grew up with it....i will say when you are young....and feel no pain LOL...it's great. I can not tell you the amount of hours I spend sledding in freezing temps
we would come in long enough to thaw and put dry snow clothes on...LOL....maybe grab a bite to eat
I remember my feet getting so cold, when they thawed I cried....YET....still went back out sledding
Then when you get older and have to shovel it, and drive in it...that is when it turns on you.....I DO NOT miss it

I honestly think I could live year-round on a hammock, with an adult beverage on a beach in the tropics.
Someone said this earlier here, might have been Reef, but I think I could see living like in the Rockies or the Smokies and being able to put up with the cold. Somewhere just absolutely gorgeous. But just to live at some standard area up north, and deal with cold, not a friggin' chance.

I lived in MN for 13 years, horrible winters, lots of traffic, flat with 0 scenery.
Only thing it had going for it were the women and Mall of America.

We have Sportsmans warehouse, does that count?
I love me some olive garden. I think the reason there is no red lobster up here is because they might have a hard time competing with the local brands that have alot of roots in the seafood coming out of the bays right here in AK. I personally don't care for Seafood except for Salmon and Halibut and I catch and cook all that myself.

That's why I was surprised you said Red Lobster. I'd die for some of the fresh seafood you guys catch up there.

Knew a butcher in Montana who brought in Seafood that was flash frozen right on the boat. I sure as heck couldn't tell the difference between that and fresh but it isn't cheap.

You're lucky you have snow in your place, I want to experience snow too, how's the feeling seeing snow falling down to your face, how's the feeling playing with....that would be a great experience. Too bad that we don't have it here. :(

I think they call 'em "vacations."
Never lived in a place that snowed either, but the trips to Vermont, West Virgina, etc got to experience that.

No fair D: i want snow lol i want to get out of school XD and why hate snow? it fun but i didnt get the snow yet o.e....... but i want it :D lol for chrismas i dont want nothing but 200 or 100 cashy :3 lol and i need to save up for a powerhead >.< the one at my store cost 100 since i got no where to go ...... i know i know it a ripoff but i really cant go far my dad is lazy o.e.......... but i only got 80 cash :3 well ima enjoy every chrismas :3

It will never happen.....it never does :( Plus I am supposed to take the dogs to the groomer, and my new blasto is supposed to arrive
