You live just a half a days drive from places that have snow. I commute further in one day than you would ahve to drive one way to get to snow LOL

Go to the shower, turn it one ice cold and get in for a taste of snow...it melts as soon as it touches your face so its th same happy experiance Cold and wet BIG DEAL..NOT
Snow turns sloppy dark brown in a day, it hurts your back to shovel and it is dangerous to try and drive in it. Not only is it slick so you have to watch the diver next to you, behind you and in front of you...you can only travel about 25 MPH...then add the snow blowing, you can't see a thing.
Snow sucks for anyone over 10 years old. I understand snow sleds, sking and such...that's all it's good for..to play in. Unfortunatly we work much more than play, unless your 10.
So I agree with OP...I hate the snow.

LOL, you guys are weird, I love driving in snow, as a matter of fact i learned how to control a slide by going out on the lakes once they freeze over and just purposely start an uncontrolled slide with the truck and then correct it.
My wife was hopeless at winter driving when I met her, got her out on the ice and now she could race NASCAR :)
Plus if you get enough of it you can use it as an excuse to stay home from work for a day. Even though I love driving in it, fun to go around corners and get all loose with the back end.
At 34 I still love to drive like I did when I was 16, just don't speed anymore :)

Well I live in a place with other humans on the road, that lose back end can slam into another driver, so I would never dream of it. I drive very well in the snow and I have control of my car, its the other guy who may not. I am perfectly happy on the road all by myself in bad weather.
I would not walk on a frozen lake let alone play with a truck on one. You crazy lovable creature you....be safe. 34..all this time on the site I thought you were 16... LOL

Man…I lost my whole post…I HATE THAT!
I like the fresh caught fish but no way am I going out on the ice. My friend Heidi went with her husband one year, she told me she could hear crackle and popping sounds as they fished…not for me that’s for sure. They always have me come to the fish fry so all is good.

lol? when we have snow here last year my dad had to go some where and i followed him and it was a BIG BIG snow storm then we slided on the ice in the car o.o i was like O NO!!!!!! lol then we were okay lol i hate snow when it comes to that o.e.....

idiots here use trucks to throw sand on the streets which actually have gravel in it.then people get broken windshilds driving in it.
best to stay home.funny one time on the news the weatherman said to the locals.dont worry we cant drive in the ice either.thats because up north they know not to drive on ice and stay home.

LOL...See you can relate....sine you are from NY, you know how snow and ice clean up is done.....LOL...they still have not figured it out here
