Can it? Sure....SHOULD IT? IMO NO.....I have one in my 54G and it is a very very active fish.....I just think it will be very limited in a 29G
This is only my opinion based on my observations of the one I own.......
then I probably shouldn't try it in a 45g either... because it's only 2 foot wide vs. the 30" of the 29g.
My 45g measures 24 wide x 18 deep x 24 tall.

I guess it depends on how your have your rockwork.....My lemonpeel is a very very busy fish..,...If you provide it a lot of nooks and crannies....caves etc....I guess it should be happy LOL
BUT remember they like to graze, so the tank should be an established one

I think you can put a lemon peel in a 45G.....just position the rockwork so there are a lot of places for it to swim thru
The yellow coris wrasse is also a beauty......but pushing it in a 45G ( I had one.....it jumped :( )

According to SWF that you linked to... it says monitor with shrimp. I plan on having a few shrimp so would that fish be a good idea?

I have a couple of peppermints in with it......so I guess it depends....LOL.....Maybe it would go after a teeny one....mine are bigger

I have been looking at ways to keep track of everything then I remembered I had some old column pads from way back when. The one's I had however didn't have enough columns so I started looking to see what I could find. Then BINGO... I found exactly what I was after.
Here is a hard back book (7" x 9.25") with a cloumn for a date, a wider column for misc text, and then 12 columns for water readings. This should be enough to cover anything I want to test for. I thought I would share it for anyone following this thread and maybe it will be of interest for you as well.

If your interested in them... here is where I got mine.

I picked up some dry base rock and sand today. Time to start attempting to aquascape. Once I get this done then I'll start my cycling process.

Ok... time for another newbie question.
If macroalgae consumes the nitrates and some is decorative enought that folks make display fuges with it, then why doesn't more people have it in their display tanks?

Im thinking there is some pinkish purple macro as well. I guess my mind was thinking of it similar to a planted freshwater tank. Dunno. Im hoping some of the more experienced with macroalgae will chime in.

I have it in my display tank....As you can see it spreads all over and is not as controlled as coral placement, it grows where it wants to. I am ready to harvet again.

Most people keep nitrates and phosphates at 0 and macroalgae can't grow in a sterile environment. I have seahorses, and they are very messy eaters...the perfect environment for macros.

Flower... do you know if there is a good online source for info on the Macro's. Seems everyone is doing a reef... if there is some nice enough macros... I may take another route.
