The only thing that will help with trates right away is water changes. Dont get a cleaner shrimp until your trates are WWAAYYY down.

im so sad... now my mom is starting to yell at me for the tank being so dirty, $$$, shrimp diying,, now i cant get a new tank until this one looks presentable

Yeah, I would try to go more like 10-15 pounds...make SURE IT IS CURED!!!!!! But, the only way to get your trates down NOW before you start losing fish is by doing a water change.

Well, ya gotta do a water change and that is the reason why your shrimp died. Your trates were already too high. Just clean it up tomorrow and show your mom!!
