I think America needs FOX NEWS!

With all the left wing biased media, Including N.Y Times, All three major networks ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, Headline News, and the so called "Comedy Shows" Bill Mauer, Steven Colbert and John Stewart. It seems that FOX is the only nationally covered station that is generally pro-conservative. I mean I love to watch the O'Reilly factor (though im not a fan of Michelle Malkin) and enjoy watching Sean Hannity on Hannity and Combs, Sean Hannity REALLY knows how too handle the far left liberals. I used to respect CNN but it seems that they are really hard turning left wing. I hope Im not the only person that feels this way. Anybody want to chime in?

Are you angry that all media is pro to one side or the other? Or are you upset that FOX is the only pro conservative? To me they are all really painful to watch regardless of what they are pro. Except of course that I love colbert and stewart because its comedy and people shouldn't take it seriusly...thats why they call it "comedy". I'm not trying to strt and argument over which news channel is full of it more, because quite frankly they all are.

I agree its all biased, that why I hope people now a days will make there own decisions on things and not listen to other people. Just my two cents.

I dont know about ALL lies But if something gets pounded into your head and then they keep repeating it OVER and OVER and OVER somebody weaker minded might beleive it.

Mabye not all of its lies but they dont report on the good things. Its all negative. Lots of good stuff is happening in Iraq but liberal media dosent report that.

This is definately true, I saw they report last night MUSLIMS AGAINST JIHAD, THE REPORT PBS didnt want you to see! Very Compelling!

Yea, citizens there are turning in stashes of bombs and terrorist hideouts. Cities last year that were scary to go into are now bases for troops. Iraq troops are working with us because they know where to look for car bombs and such. We are rebuilding schools and the Iraqi people want us there because they want to be a democracy and a new nation.

Why is it that a person cannot have an opinion without being pigeon-holed into some category: liberal v. conservative, democrat v. republican? Is there anyone else who feels that they are intelligent enough to form their own opinions about political subjects? If anyone has such tunnel vision that they must subscribe to a particular group to tell them what to think then they are pretty weak minded if you ask me. How about some independant thought people! We were blessed with intelligence (some more than others) and free will... let's use it. JMO.

I don't know how pro conservative Fox really is. It just gives the conservative view an even break. Gibson and Hume are conservative but their hard news reporting is pretty fair. Oreilly is more of a throwback to old time conservative Democrats or a modern day moderate Republican. The only agenda he pushes is his. I'm getting tired of his culture war crap but he does the best interview in the business when he sets his mind to it.

I'm all for the fairness doctrine, as long as it applies to every newspaper, network news broadcast, entertainment television program, comedian's jokes, college professors, PBS documentary, editorial, web-blog, etc.
Fox News has the highest top 5 rated News programs on cable news. That alone should tell folks they are filling a void in the market.

I had to take a break from it as it was giving me a headache with all the Republican bashing. I am totally into saying what you want, free speach and all that, but I do not believe in Pres. Bush bashing based on what the media says.

After reading for a few mins in the political threads on ABC it made my brain hurt, but its amazingly the same CNN cannon fodder every where. The problem is that the majority of Americans are told how to think, not to think for them selves. I'm tired of people telling me that I should be happy that... no wait nothing in the news is ever really happy... Maybe they need to fix all news media so they just tell the news.
All and all, Fox news is the best 24hr news network out there
