Just siphon and siphon often. I had this problem, and w/ the help of an evil six line wrasse (don't get one, it's not worth it, they don't eat that many) and my mandarin, I was able to get rid of them in a little less than a months time. You have to be diligent with the siphoning, I was doing it morning, when I got home from work and then again right before bed for weeks. They really can choke out corals, I lost some zoanthids, and mushrooms that's to these little buggers.
