I have you and your family, KOgle and The Boss, and I still haven't heard from Jimmy or his wife, and Scott. I will lay a little extra meat out just in case.

Has anyone gone to The Abyss. I think that this place is very clean and the glass is clear the corals and clams look nice and the acro's are very colorful. I went to the reef once and a employee let her dog poo right in front of me and my mom, they aren't very knowledgeable but they have a good selection. go when they get shipments.

the abyss does not care about their customers, they care about doing tank work at rich peoples houses. their facility is a holding pen for all their clients future tank mates. they seem to not want me in the store because im always trying to find the bargin price. they are very nicly stocked but a tad too overpriced. check out primium aquatics.

Random question: Does anyone know of some other stores I could go to around Lafayette (47906)? I go to Aquarium World, but I would like some more variety... However, the nearest places I've been told of are in Indy (about an hour south of here)
Thanks!

Where is Premium? Is it in central IN? Is it a specialty fish store or does it have other animals?
all the fish stores I know of are the abyss, reef, and Uncle Bills.

Masta we get together about once per month to chat and trade. I'll be having the meeting at my house this month so come on down.

Sorry to hear that. Noblesville is quite a ways from Columbus...
Hopefully one of our Northern members will have it at their house sometime so it will be closer to you!

If you look in the earlier parts of this thread then you'll see all of the info on the club. All of the meetings have taken place in Southern Indiana so far...

Hey Jay what's the meeting date this month? If I don't get enough interest I'm going to skip having the meeting this month. I figure you, Scott, and I can get together anytime!

Turnouts sure do suck for all the people that said they wanted to be members.

Maybe 2 or 3 other then who is hosting the meeting. No one seems to want to host a meeting at their house and Fishgeek is getting tired of doing all the work and no one show.
